My CHIO CHIO dress
yes bao have a chio chio top but i just got myself a CHIO CHIO DRESS!
and most impt thing is my fav POLKADOTS!
hee hee so proud of my dress... most imptantly y i bought this dress because the sale person was really giving me good customer service. I was shopping at my house heartland mall. Went to 4 shops total. out of 4, 2 serve me. Others heck care. Well, another one who serve me seriously her manager seem not happy about me trying the clothes so i walk off that shop because i dont really like the attitude. The last shop which i think is some bella thing one.. this is a new shop in tat level. BUt what makes them different is the SERVICE! if u ask me will i go back to that shop again yup! i will and recommend more ppl. U know what if u want to survive in retail biz u gotta to GEMS... go extra mile for Customer! Or prob personalized the service to ur customer that will make u win ur cus's heart!

so in the end is about humbling urself to serve. Are u willing? Even if u serve to the maximum will u turn back and talk about ur customer if they don't buy? Or even if they buy but give u difficulty will u still talk bad about them? - Just ponder these questions. Which means i gotta pass these messages to my promoters!
